12月3日上午，乌克兰共和国敖德萨州副州长沙塔洛娃·斯维特兰娜，敖德萨州州长顾问奇日克·科斯坦季，敖德萨州政府农业局局长伊万·彼得里夫，敖德萨州地区发展署署长伊莉娜·瓦赫拉梅等一行4人莅临我院参观考察。
学院董事长饶德达，党委书记、督导专员钟金根，院长唐乾贵与沙塔洛娃·斯维特兰娜一行进行了会晤，并陪同各位来宾先后参观了学院文化长廊、教学场所以及环黑海文化教育学院。
随后，双方在会议中心进行了广泛而深入的沟通与交流。
饶德达董事长代表学院致欢迎辞，对沙塔洛娃·斯维特兰娜副州长一行的到访表示热烈欢迎。他表示，今天在枫林学院与你们会面，我感到非常荣幸。世界的变化日新月异，中国也逐渐成为世界最重要的国家之一。在共建“一带一路”的大背景下，中国与其他国家的青年文化交流显得愈发重要。贵方的来访相当及时并意义非凡，这将有助于我院进一步了解贵国。希望副州长一行能够在访问期间对我院提出宝贵建议，并期待未来能够与敖德萨州有关高校达成框架性合作协议。
沙塔洛娃·斯维特兰娜副州长对我院的热情款待表示衷心感谢。她指出，习近平主席提出的共建“一带一路”倡议得到了包括乌克兰在内的众多国家的积极响应。乌中两国虽然分属不同大洲，但地理位置接近。敖德萨州有7个物流港口、20多所大学和100多所中专学校，每所学校都有各自的特点，便利的交通和丰富的教育资源可以有效促进双方的合作与发展。沙塔洛娃·斯维特兰娜表示，在教育合作与交流方面，我们支持枫林学院与敖德萨州各大学进行友好交往，并从对外贸易、对外经济等方面进行合作。欢迎学校领导有机会去敖德萨进行参观考察，并采取交换生方式促进两国青年的文化交流。
中格集团董事长兼学院董事会董事刘济民表示，枫林学院是一所发展潜力巨大的学校，目前有大量毕业生在格鲁吉亚就业，这种模式在敖德萨州可以复制。乌克兰是环黑海地区最大的国家，而敖德萨州首府又是乌克兰第二大城市，所以加强两地文化交流非常重要。我们可以考虑从交流生、孔子学院以及海外创业基地三个方面入手，派遣优秀学生到境外创业，也欢迎更多乌克兰的学生来中国学习。希望副州长的这次来访能够为我们与敖德萨州相关学校的合作开启序幕。
省教育厅国际合作与交流处来华留学主管孙靖伟表示，我们作为江西省来华留学生合作与交流的教育主管部门，非常支持枫林学院与环黑海地区国家相关院校在文化教育方面展开合作与交流。枫林学院是江西省唯一一所“涉外型”学校，学校拥有一支素质过硬的教学师资队伍，校园环境优美，很适合学习。我们希望今后敖德萨州的学校能够与枫林学院就文化交流进行合作，合作的方式可以多种形式，比如先是交换生方式，然后条件成熟时可以考虑合作办学，在这一方面省教育厅会给予大力支持。
在交流过程中，沙塔洛娃·斯维特兰娜副州长还与我院学生代表进行了互动交流，并就学生代表提出的问题逐一进行了耐心细致的回答。

Good afternoon.
尊敬的沙塔洛娃·斯维特兰娜及来自敖德萨州的贵宾们：

It is my great honor to meet you in Fenglin College today. On behalf of all the staff and student, I would like to express my warm welcome to the Odessa Delegation to our campus and it is one of our missions to promote international cultural and educational exchanges.
今天在枫林学院与你们会面，我感到非常荣幸。在此，我谨代表学院教职工和学生们对你们的到来表示热烈欢迎，并借此机会与贵方进行国际文化与教育交流。
China’s geographical location is very unique with Pamir Plateau and Kunlun Mountain in the west. Because of this, the communication between China and the Western civilization was very limited for thousands of years, and the mainstream of our culture is very much self-contained. The real opening up of China to the outside world started just about one hundred years ago. During these one hundred years, the world experienced dynamic changes, and China has grown to be one of the most important countries in the world.
由于中国独有的地理位置，西隔于帕米尔高原及昆仑山，并且中国人民一直以来遵循着自给自足的文化传统，千百年来，中国与西方文明的交流受到很大的限制。中国真正的对外开放始于一百年前。在这一百年中，世界的变化日新月异，中国也逐渐成为世界最重要的国家之一。
As you may know, Chinese government is now engaged in the “Belt and Road Initiative”, which I believe means a great opportunity for the young people in the relevant countries. To participate in this great Initiative，the youngsters need to know how to communicate and work with the rest of the world. Then what they need to learn is not only the languages, but also the value, customs and culture of other countries, which include not only Western Europe and America, but also Eastern Europe, Middle East as well as many other civilizations in the world. The wider our youngsters’ international vision, the higher results they may achieve.
正如你们所知，中国政府提出“一带一路”倡议，我想这对于所参与国的年轻人来说是一大契机。若想参与到这一倡议中来，年轻人便需学会如何与其他国家交流与合作。所以，他们要学会的不仅是他国语言，还有价值观、风俗和文化；所涉及的国家不仅有西欧和美国，还有东欧，中东等世界其他文明国度。年轻人只有国际视野越开阔，取得的成就才会越大。
One of the goals of Fenglin College is to provide this kind of human resource for the companies involved in the “Belt and Road Initiative”. The best approach to achieve this goal is to work jointly with overseas universities and colleges. Mr Liu Jiming, our Director has suggested that we should establish a Pan-Black Sea Institute in collaboration with other colleges in that region. I think it's a great idea, because the Black Sea region is where the East meets the West, and there are many civilizations emerged in the region. On top of that, many counties in the region have sounded educational system and resource, including Ukraine. In fact, we have started to work on this project from early this year, and we have already achieved some progress. Just in October this year, we visited Georgia and signed MOUs with universities in TIbilis and we decided to build our branch campus at TIbilis.
我院的培养目标之一就是为参与到“一带一路”倡议的公司输送这类人才。那么，实现这一培养目标的最佳方式就是与国际上的大学合作办学。刘济明先生，我们的中格集团董事长建议我们应该与环黑海国家在该地区合作办学。我非常赞同此观点，因为黑海地区是中西方的交界处，是许多古文明的发源地。因此，该地区许多国家都拥有着完善的教育系统和丰富的资源，例如，乌克兰。其实，我院在今年早些时候就已着手该项目，并且已取得一些成就。在今年的十月份，我们参观访问了格鲁吉亚并与第比利斯多校签订了多项合作备忘录，我院决定在第比利斯建立分校。
So the visit of your delegation is very valuable and in time, which will help us to have good understanding about what we can do in UKraine, and the possibility to send our students to study in Odessa.
因此，贵方的来访相当及时并意义非凡，这将有助于我院对贵国进一步了解，并且有可能的话我们将派遣我院学生至敖德萨学习。
Meanwhile, we also welcome young people from Odessa come to Fenglin College to experience a real Inland of China. Jiangxi Province is an ideal destination to explore traditional Chinese Culture. The making of porcelain (chinaware) originated from our province, Taoism is also from the Tiger and Dragon mountain in the east of Jiangxi Province. Just in 25 minutes drive to west，you will find the famous Yun Shan temple ,where Zen theory of Chinese Buddhism was developed. If your young people come to study in our college, they will have a chance to experience all of it.
同时，我们也诚挚欢迎敖德萨的年轻人来我院体验中国生活。江西省绝对是体验中国传统文化的最佳选择。瓷器的制造源于我省景德镇，中国的道教发源于我省东部的龙虎山，从我院至云山寺（中国佛教禅宗文化）只需25分钟车程。如果贵方学生来我院学习，将有机会体验到上述所有。
Again, I would like to thank you all for coming to visit us. Although winter is not the most beautiful season in a year, I hope you will have a pleasant stay and good memory in China.
